The corruption is not Red or Blue. Its endemic. Our political system is either brazenly corrupt as many would argue Republicans are, or quietly corrupt as I posit Democrats are.

Same with the lesser of two evils voting. I was ride or die with Biden and then I blinked. Biden was out and Harris was in... without being primaried. That pissed me off. We didn't even get a choice, but it was her or Half Price Hitler. This country is afraid to have a woman as the president and for the lif of me, I can't figure out why. They would rather have a convicted felon that is responsible for over 700,000 deaths because of his mishandling of COVID and who incited and insurrection. It makes absolutely no fucking sense.
For me its not about gender. I wont vote for corrupt men or women. In my opinon, HRC was as corrupt as Bill.
I am from California and knew quite a few people in the S.F. D.As office when I practiced and one woman D.A. who I tried a case against against gave ZERO positive support to Kamala in fact ahe ripped her.
Kamala also refused to prosecute Steve Manuchin as the CA Attorney General for his part in the 2007 mortgage crisis. He then reportedly gave her a contibution for her run for the Senate.
But the most important fact to me is that Kamala was endorsed to be the Democratic nominee in 2020 by none other than HRC out of the gate. Kamala is part of the problem not the solution.
I am hoping that Kamala doesn't try to run again and then get the Dem nom because I will not vote for her again. I did vote for HRC. She had years of experience and was a 1000× more qualified than djt. She is a saint compared to him, imho. I know that this democratic republic will not survive three more years of this with the GOP and him in charge.
The Dems need a strong candidate. One that won't tuck tail and run before all of the votes are counted and one that is not afraid to demand an audit when an extremely unpopular candidate wins all seven swing states after bragging about how he, Musk and Vance had “all the votes we need” and accusing the Democrats of rigging the election months before early voting started.
Both parties suck and are not aligned with the populace. They serve parasites and call them our allies. Pathetic losers -defines a blackmailed self serving politician ,that actually think they know what's best for us, especially the Christian nationalists that want to mix church and state.
