A VIABLE PATH TO AVOID SYSTEMATIC GOVERNMENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL COLLAPSE

The Heart Mind Alliance has launched a groundbreaking decentralized direct-vote website in which every vote cast is block-chain encrypted. It is secure, transparent and tamper proof. Upon registering, every voter obtains a personal ledger that makes it possible for the voter to verify on the block-chain the transaction of the vote cast, whether or not the vote was counted and, most importantly, whether or not the vote was counted correctly. Such a secure direct-vote, truly democratic, process was never possible for any nation until the invention of the block-chain.

It has worked flawlessly and effectively. We foresee nation-wide voting on critical legislative proposals using this new voting technology.
Once it is documented (in any number of ways) that the majority of the citizens of this country want to be participants in a governance of, by and for the People, then we, the People, will simply declare our great national experiment in self-determination to be fulfilled. We will simply declare ourselves to be a Constitutional Democracy. This was the original intention of our founders. Once that irrefutable voice has been raised, we will ask no one for permission to declare ourselves a Constitutional Democracy. As Thomas Jefferson wisely propounded it becomes a duty, a high moral stand, to undertake, from time to time, the throwing off of the heavy yoke of an oppressive regime. We believe now is the time. The majority of our elected officials have summarily ignored the majority will of the People, as is so obvious today.
Upon such a declaration, our public servants at every level become our administrators. The only ones we shall allow to serve the majority will of the People (I.E., democracy) will be those who pledge allegiance before the nation to the majority will. We will mandate that our administrators, through open televised debates and by inviting experts on the issues we prioritize for effective solutions, seek solutions responding to the will of the majority. From conservative and liberal perspectives our administrators will propose legislative solutions. We, the People, now with a highly secure participative governing process, will vote these proposals up or down.
We, of the Heart Mind Alliance, believe this solution for effective self-governance to be the only way in which we can find effective solutions to the existentially critical issues facing our nation and the planet. By proving Kamala Harris and Tim Walz won the majority vote, a smooth transfer of power is possible, thanks to the evidence now being disclosed.
